I got a flat tire on Good Friday 45 minutes out of Albany on my way to Boston for the weekend. It was 4:50pm and most shops were closing for the day, with full Saturday appointments booked. Not only did they stay open longer to replace my tire, but they ran to a nearby tire shop before the shop closed before we arrived. Alex and Jamie were not only gracious but provided great service. Very grateful!

John was incredibly professional, fast, and fair. I was lucky to find his shop with a quick Google search! My driver's side window stopped working right before work - it's freezing out and I needed help, fast! He took my car in right away, gave me a ride to work, and had the issue fixed within a couple of hours. Price was very fair and he communicated everything clearly and professionally. John the owner is a complete gentleman.  He went above and beyond for us even going as far as sending his shop Porter to pick up our vehicle from our home and return it when the work was complete.  John explained all services to be performed in detail and not only were we completely thrilled with the service and the overall vibe of the shop but the prices could not have been more competitive.  My highest of recommendations for a job well done and a shop extremely well ran. I will not be going anywhere else we have found our automotive service home!

Excellent experience with my Ford truck here.  These folks picked it up from the worksite, performed the repair and had it back to me before the end of the afternoon.  The only other thing I can say is that no other shop could give me an appointment until the next week.  Great job!
